Ellen Kapit, Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker, is a native New Yorker and has successfully represented buyers and sellers for more than fifteen years with dedication and professionalism. Ellen has been Vice President of her co-op board and served on both its decoration and renovation committees at the world renown landmarked Osborne Apartments in NYC.

Before entering real estate, she spent years as an executive at a major international advertising firm. Well-versed in current technology, Ellen regularly uses video and social media to market her exclusive properties. Her expert background in advertising, marketing, and sales coupled with her deep involvement in her own co-op's management, has prepared her to provide the very best service. Ellen received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and holds a Certificate in Interactive Media from Pratt. She resides in the aforementioned iconic landmark prewar building with her beloved 80 lb. rescue dog. A passionate advocate for animals, she regularly practices yoga and can be seen cycling around New York when not doing open houses.
