Mark Kanights’ positive mindset and drive not only shows through his savvy negotiation, but also in his ability to build great relationships. He is just as adept in the marketing of luxury homes and investment properties for sellers as he is in helping first-time buyers with superior attention to detail and individual needs. For sellers, Mark’s sense of style and function with top quality staging and marketing resources proves consistently to save his clients time and money, helping them achieve maximum return on their investments.

Prior to real estate, Mark was born and raised in a San Francisco-based real estate family. He attended Cal State Chico University, lived and worked in London, Paris and Milan, and completed a BS degree in marketing/ advertising at San Francisco State University. In 1999, Mark moved from San Francisco to Los Angeles for a career building and marketing several prominent and successful luxury apparel brands. Through this work, Mark further developed a great sense of style and an appreciation for the luxury market that has become a solid asset in helping his clients sell and purchase distinctive quality properties.

When he is not working with clients, Mark enjoys doing anything on two wheels whether it be cycling or motorsports on road or off. In addition, Mark enjoys spending time traveling, cooking and the arts with his wife, Sarah, and good friends. Mark is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater LA Association of Realtors.

He is a Certified Real Estate Analyst and a Venice Neighborhood Committee Representative as well as a member of the Grand Master's Cycling Club.
