Joe McCorkell

Joe McCorkell is a Montecito-based Realtor with Sotheby's International Realty, serving the South Coast communities from Carpinteria to Goleta. His goal is to help guide clients thoughtfully and with care through the process of selling their home or buying their next dream home.

Joe brings over 10 years of residential and commercial development experience into his practice as a Realtor. He has extensive construction and design knowledge as well as a great understanding of project management, specifically in Santa Barbara city and county. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas and holds the Jayhawks dear to his heart. When he is not working in real estate, he enjoys his time with his wife and three wonderful kids, cycling around the Santa Barbara foothills, and giving back to the community as a board member of the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation.
