Rich was born and raised in Downey, California, spent most of his younger adult life in Orange County and moved to Lake Arrowhead nearly a decade ago.
In his early 20’s, Rich went into business for himself building an event production company called, Vision Entertainment. Over the next decade, Rich built some of the world’s most successful and recognized concert and automotive racing event brands earning him awards from the industry and his peers. In 2009, he was named 1 of the 9 Most Important People of 1999 by Peterson Publishing, and in 2003, he was named SEMA’s (automotive industry) SCC Person of the Year. He sold his company in his early 30’s and later went on to become the President of the of the D1 Grand Prix.
Rich, his wife Marina and their kids moved to Rich’s childhood playground, Lake Arrowhead 10 years ago. Not one to sit idle, Rich immediately immersed himself into the community and built the Lake Arrowhead Guide (website and publication), took over the annual Lake Arrowhead Oktoberfest and began selling real estate for Wheeler Steffen Sotheby’s International Realty.
Rich’s love and enthusiasm for Lake Arrowhead shines through with his clients. He loves to give his clients the “inside scoop” on living in Lake Arrowhead and everything to see and do in the area. Rich’s business, event and entertainment industry background provides his clients with shrewd negotiation and very detailed transactions.
In his spare time Rich is an avid golfer, boater and loves spending time with family and friends.
