Marsha began in real estate investing in Solana Beach CA in the early 90’s. It was then I realized the lucrative business of Real Estate, whereby a Foreclosure could make four times the original price if you held onto it long enough, from there I went into the business in 1998.
I moved back from the Bay Area in 1987 after graduating USF University of San Francisco back to San Diego where I was raised in La Jolla CA. In La Jolla attending The Bishops School offered me the incentive to finish my two degrees up in The Bay Area. Also, living in Florence, Italy for my junior year abroad I learned about Italian Architecture, Art History & The Italian Renaissance. Homes & Architecture are something that I’ve been interested in for a long time & by helping clients to achieve their home buying & selling goals is a passion of mine.
