Les Leong

Lesley “Les” Leong was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. An entrepreneur since grade school, he traded collectibles, worked a neighborhood paper route and even sold fruits outside his home. It is through these efforts that he first developed the foundation for his keen business sense.

A family man to the core Les is Blessed with the BEST wife in the world and a Happy & Healthy son who is fortunate to spend each and every day with his mom. Developing an acute awareness to details Les has learned three things essential for success. First, is to start your day with gratefulness in your heart for the blessings in your life, embrace the day by looking for ways to 'Add Value to Others', and finally, put in the work and make things happen while providing superior customer service resulting in absolute client satisfaction, no matter where extra efforts are required.

Always living life to its fullest, Les took the time to develop a fine golf game and enjoys traveling with his family to destinations around the world to visit friends. A lover of golf, Les is a former Chairman at the Sony Open Golf Tournament at The Waialae Country Club, a member at his local Golf Club, and even has experience organizing golf tournaments with shopping and vacation home hunting adventures throughout Southeast Asia.

Les has gone All-In with his Real Estate career. Embracing the 'Add Value to Others' foundation he learned from the Ninja Installation he attended with Ryan Secrist in Kauai, Les has been busy learning and has earned five designations (E-Pro, MRP, RSPS, SFR & SRES) and in the process of completing his CIPS & GRI (Certified International Property Specialist & Graduate REALTOR Institute).
