After 15 years in Real Estate, I still love the challenge of helping buyer buyers and sellers. Each client has their own unique requirements and I try to tailor my focus to them individually. Regardless of the client, however, I really strive for good communication, typically responding to phone calls, emails, and texts within minutes. I am a firm believer in presenting all homes to their best advantage which usually means professional photography, virtual tours, print advertising and social media marketing. This allows us to reach the buyers directly with photos and videos of excellent quality for the best presentation. Other marketing strategies are targeted towards making fellow agents aware of the listing so they can present it to their buyer pool.

I enjoy working with first time home buyers, move-up buyers, relocation clients, and sellers. I'm grateful that my clients feel that they can recommend me to their friends and family, and referrals make up a large part of my business.
