Laura Dietrich-Smith was born and raised in Monterey County where her grandfather was a central figure in the history of the agricultural community. She continued her family’s tradition in agriculture and real estate which shaped her love of the land and all the Monterey Peninsula offers to those who are lucky enough to own a piece of it.
Laura worked in agriculture sales and management before teaching English for five years. Her goal was to work with young people in order to improve their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. She has also maintained her own real estate investment portfolio for many years which added to her experience in financing, 1031 exchanges, and property management.
Her desire is to pair her clients’ real estate needs with the perfect property while maintaining the utmost integrity and highest possible level of personal service. She is an experienced organizer and negotiator, and a responsive communicator focused on the timely resolution of all her clients’ questions and concerns.
Laura and her husband raised their two sons in Monterey County where they have deep ties to the local community and enjoy the extraordinarily diverse array of experiences and activities available for different lifestyles.
