Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Sam Wilson returned to Cape Cod, and Sotheby’s International Realty, at the end of 2019 after almost five years in both residential and commercial real estate in Washington, DC. He worked as part of the condo sales team for a prominent DC developer, selling over $250M of residences. He transitioned to commercial real estate, working as a broker for a boutique retail brokerage and part of a team leasing retail spaces in new mixed-use developments and sourcing sites for prominent national retailers. While in DC, Sam completed a real estate master program at Georgetown University.
Sam’s return to the Cape brings him back to his roots, where he spent his summers on the tennis court and on the water, while diligently studying at Cape Cod Academy in the winter. He continued his studies at the Fay School, Middlesex School, and Denison University, where he majored economics and minored in geology. While in school, he returned to the Cape in the summers to enjoy the warm waters, salt air and close friends. When not working, Sam spends his time golfing, fishing, sailing, and working with local non-profit groups.
Sam brings a youthful energy with him to every endeavor and client. He uses an analytical, numbers-based approach to value properties and maintains a strong understanding of the complex Cape Cod real estate market to best serve and partner with his clients.
