She values her clients’ opinions, concerns, and needs above all else. “Work can sometimes be stressful and demanding, but helping people navigate some of their most important life events never gets old nor does it feel like work.”
Stephanie earned her New Mexico real estate license in 1984 and has owned boutique and franchise real estate businesses in New Mexico and Kansas. Real estate is a relationship business. She embraces the team concept by working closely with title and finance professionals, contractors, stagers, and real estate brokers for her client’s success. Her clients return to her time and again knowing the value of an experienced broker.
Stephanie is an avid gardener and enjoys sharing fruits, veggies, and flowers with neighbors and friends. Stephanie owned a retail floral shop and likes to keep her skills sharp by creating amazing floral designs for select events. Her husband, Stuart, is general manager of a commercial interiors firm. They have four children and six grandchildren.
