“Connecting People to Places that Enhance Their Lives”
Since 1987 Carol Duncan has helped her clients venture to places that intrigue them - finding where they want to live, vacation, or invest, and together designing a path that gets them there. Having lived on the Monterey Peninsula for over 30 years, Carol prides herself on being a knowledgeable resource for local service providers and being able to make appropriate connections to make life easier.
Carol is known for being fully invested in her clients and goes the extra mile to achieve their desired results. She has a unique talent for listening, to identify exactly what her clients may not even know they want, then smoothly navigating their real estate experience and connecting them to the resources that simplify and enhance their lives.
As a licensed broker, Carol is trusted by her clients who refer her to family, friends, and associates because of her approach and sincere focus on her clients’ needs in finding the right home or right buyer. Being an advocate for her clients is her priority.
She takes the time to stay involved in the community, building relationships and connections, and staying up to date with real estate industry changes. Carol presently serves on the board of directors for the Monterey County Association of Realtors and has served as the President of Women’s Council of Realtors and continues to be an active committee member.
Over the last 40 years Carol and her husband have invested in real estate from single-family new construction and remodels, multi units and commercial buildings, to the most challenging project, the conversion of a live theater to a private residence. She resides in Carmel Valley with her husband and toy schnauzer.
Real estate, whether a primary residence, vacation home, rental property, or investment vehicle, represents the largest and most personal emotional investment most will make. The real estate agent you choose to represent you is a critical element in this process and experience.
