From years of sales, Sue carefully assesses needs followed by individualized market research in order to provide the greatest possible outcome.

After providing consulting to Fortune 100 Companies, completing her MBA, and buying and selling 16+ properties of her own, Sue decided to apply her skills to the real estate market she has known for over 18 years. She specializes in the North County Coast area, east including 4S Ranch, Santa Fe Valley, and surrounding areas. She is familiar with relocating families to new areas, schools and friends. Her focus is providing direction in managing individual's greatest asset which is oftentimes their own home to ensure that they are obtaining the greatest value and investment along with an exemplary home that meets their needs. Sue's background in corporate sales coupled with her expertise in real estate allows her clients to have a superior and professional experience beyond their expectations.
