Alongside his residential work, Paul LeMarc has connected numerous clients to prime commercial real estate in New York City, ranging from office and restaurant leasing to asset management for family offices. He has also partnered with the United Nations on relocating consulates and provided consultation to developers in Asia, South America, the Caribbean, and South Florida.
After studying Information Management and Technology at Syracuse University, Paul LeMarc began a consulting career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Manhattan. Over several years, he held various roles in project management, process and control development, governance and compliance, and solutions consulting for corporate law departments and law firms. And for a short stint, for fun, he participated in voice-over work television and film. Baking, creative writing, and world travel fill his free time.
