To Christina Mattar, real estate is more than numbers, it’s the family business. In fact, Christina grew up talking real estate around the dinner table and later partnered with her mother who is a respected 40-year real estate veteran with a reputation for results.
Today, Christina carries on the family tradition in the Vail Valley, offering superior service, extensive local knowledge, and a passion for helping people buy and sell their homes in the Rocky Mountains.
Originally from Washington D.C., Christina started her career with interning in the Clinton White House and then working for a Senate Committee and Member of Congress. She holds an MS from Johns Hopkins University, a BS from Vanderbilt University, and brings with her a strong background as partner in a prestigious government consulting firm – a field where successful negotiations and people skills are a must. This seamlessly translates into her decades-long role of helping people buy and sell homes.
“My approach has always been an extremely strategic and consultative one,” says Christina. “To me, the most important role a broker has is to offer expertise on the market conditions, know the neighborhoods and inventory, and be able to execute the most effective negotiating strategies to help clients navigate the complexities of the entire buying and selling process.”
In addition to her proven track record as a top-producer, Christina is well-known for providing the highest level of service in the industry. This is coupled by the world-class marketing reach and resources of the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand, creating winning outcomes for her distinguished clientele. However, it’s Christina’s integrity, honesty, and ability to form lasting relationships that truly set her apart.
When Christina is not closing deals, she can be found outdoors hiking and biking in the Vail Valley or walking her rescue dog Stella with husband Brian and their two children who attend Vail Mountain School.
For the utmost in professionalism and personalized service, contact Christina Mattar. She would be honored to advise you on buying or selling your Vail Valley home.
