With many years of experience, Michelle Hodges has an undeniably strong presence and a confidence that has propelled her into the rooms of some of the most powerful people in San Diego, Santa Barbara, LA and Scottsdale, representing some of the most noteworthy people in the community. Michelle has consulted and sold millions in real estate and yet she is approachable, kind and funny.
Michelle is a key partner in the community. She also sits on the board of the YMCA, is a YMCA presidents club member and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, she has been chosen to be the board chairperson at the YMCA, a community partner working to provide services for youth, adults, families and seniors that promote healthy living, social responsibility, youth development as well as fitness amenities like the gym and pool.
As a native Californian, Arizona transplant, Michelle has lived all over Southern California and now lives in the foothills of the quaint cul-de-sac community Ahwatukee. Growing up in Bakersfield, the daughter of successful farmers, Michelle was introduced into Real Estate at an early age having experienced her family’s purchase and sale of many properties. She also purchased her first investment property at the young age of just 19. Shortly after graduating from the University California Santa Barbara, she sold real estate in San Diego acquiring a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast work ethic. After nearly 3 years, Michelle married an active duty Air Force NCO and transitioned into manpower career working for the DOD, where she became well versed on military benefits and process. After 4 years, she returned to her roots and transitioned back into real estate and has never looked back. While expanding her business world-wide and taking on more exclusive clients, Michelle strives to maintain a work-life balance by spending time with her family and friends.
