Utilizing her vast knowledge of all things New Jersey, Vanessa Krumholtz brings her natural warmth and steadfast commitment to her clients to every transaction. After buying and selling 5 properties with her husband, Vanessa developed a love for the process of residential real estate. Ultimately her goal is to get to know her clients and their motivations for moving. Cultivating a close relationship with her client ensures that they feel secure, and reinforces that they’re listing or purchase is more than just a transaction. This allows Vanessa to truly understand their goals and from there she can her clients exactly where they want to be using her cunning negotiation skills, creativity, and persistence. Vanessa was born and raised in Rockaway Township, New Jersey. After attending Montclair State University on a full academic scholarship, Vanessa enjoyed a successful career in hospitality and sales in California and lived in Los Angeles for 12 years. Vanessa is an event chair for the Wyckoff Newcomers and Neighbors Club, a group that specializes in helping new Wyckoff residents become integrated socially into the community. She also works with the Spring Lake Toys Foundation which helps raise money for families in Bergen County that have children with special medical needs. She is a current resident of Wyckoff, NJ, and loves all things Bergen County. Vanessa has also lived in Essex and Morris counties and offers a vast knowledge of the great state of New Jersey. When she is not hard at work for her clients, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her two young children and enjoys singing in her spare time.
