Kristi Calcagno

Kristi is a consummate professional with diverse experience in luxury residential, multi-family, land, and small commercial properties. She has worked with builders & developers, marketed subdivisions, sold waterfront luxury homes, city lofts & condos, and mountain retreats. Her vast real estate industry experience includes 18 years in brokerage and 28 years in property management. She is an expert in the second home market as well as the relocation of medical professionals through a network of recruiters, physicians, and hospital affiliates. Kristi was a manager for Nordstrom prior to beginning a real estate career. She has been CFO for a medical practice and owns a local winery. She is a graduate of Portland State University and Sonoma State University in California. In her free time, Kristi has coached her twin boys' basketball team, enjoys traveling, culinary pursuits, boating, and skiing. She supports charitable organizations such as JDRF, the Portland Youth Philharmonic, and the Oregon Humane Society. She speaks English, Russian, and some Italian.
