The firm was established in 2009 as Amanda Howard Real Estate™, and joined with Sotheby’s in 2018 after being recognized and accepted as the premier real estate firm in North Alabama by the internationally respected Sotheby’s Auction House in London, and the U.S. corporate headquarters of Sotheby’s International Realty. AHSIR serves real estate markets in North Alabama, including Greater Huntsville/Madison County and Lake Guntersville. Amanda and her team have sold more than 5,000 homes in the last 12 years, equaling almost a billion in sales, and has ranked in the top 1 percent of real estate teams in the nation for transactions and dollar volume. She was featured as one of HousingWire’s Women of Influence and gained the endorsement of real estate mogul, Barbara Corcoran. She has seen her protegees grow as much as 600 percent in sales, and reach top level accolades in their states. Personally, Amanda along with her husband Travis, love to travel, Crossfit, live a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy the art of business. They have been married 25 years and have created two beautiful young ladies ages 16 and 17.
