Bradley grew up in Minnesota. Soon after high school, he moved to Aspen, CO and pursued two passions: skiing and building. Bradley found the double black diamonds and arranged employment with John Davis of Aspen Custom Builders. Bradley learned his trade from master craftsmen. All new builds were multi-million dollar projects, including a 65,000 sq ft, $65M estate.
In the mid-'90s, Bradley moved to Lake Tahoe. He continued his career with Fazzari Construction Co and Mandeville Construction, where he was privileged to work on several multi-million dollar projects on Lake Shore Drive.
In the late 90's Brad took a sabbatical from Mandeville Construction to build a home for his parents in the Village of Oak Creek. This was Bradley's first solo project. He used his experiences in Aspen and Tahoe to create a beautiful, quality custom home. Upon completion, Bradley headed back to Lake Tahoe, but in 2003 he decided to leave the snow behind and made Arizona and the Verde Valley his permanent residence. He quickly found work and spent 2.5 years working on a custom 8500 sq foot home in the Village of Oak Creek. Here is what this homeowner has to say about Bradley:

In January 2021, Bradley's sister, Julie, moved from Minneapolis to Sedona, and they formed a brother-sister real estate group. Julie has a proven track record in real estate sales. Bradley wished to channel his experience and talents into another career, so the segue into real estate was a natural transition. Bradley's experience has taught him what it takes to obtain a superior product for very discerning individuals. Bradley's easy-going demeanor puts clients at ease and builds trust.
