Justin Duffy

Justin Duffy is Director of Operations for The AMM Team and a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. As Director of Operations, he is known for his astute attention to detail, communication, and ingenuity. He manages day-to-day operations for The AMM Team and ensures all team members and their clients are fully supported. As an experienced real estate broker, he is known for his marketing expertise, negotiation skills, and organized focus on every transaction. These qualities, combined with the global network and reach of Sotheby's International Realty, allow Justin to provide unparalleled real estate advisory for buyers, sellers, and investors in Manhattan and worldwide.

Prior to real estate, Justin worked in the fashion industry as a regional manager, merchandiser, store designer, and window dresser. He was born and raised in Brick, NJ along the New Jersey Shore and currently resides in Lincoln Square with his three-year-old rescue dog, Terra. Justin is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the New York Residential Agent Continuum, holds a Master Certified Negotiation Expert® designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and is a licensed Notary Public.
