Along the way, she cultivated life-long relationships with Taiwanese investors, which later made up her rapidly successful real estate portfolio and one of the strongest professional networks in the Northeastern United States, which stretches all the way to China. Though originally from Taiwan, her client base is multicultural and multiethnic.
Friendly, open, and honest, is how clients describe Sophine. Over the years, Sophine has built a strong rapport with virtually all of her clients, resulting in many referrals being made through word-of-mouth, as well as many returning clients who ask her to buy, sell, and manage their properties. As an agent, patience and empathy are crucial. Sophine takes the time to get to know each of her clients and understand the underlying needs they are trying to fulfill. Her clients trust her judgment, and at the end of the day, many of her Asian investors ask her to help them make purchasing decisions so they can save themselves the long trip to the US. The trust that she has built with her clientele is irreplaceable and surely a distinguishing characteristic of hers. Real estate sales is not just a job to her, but a means of making life-long friends and helping them to find their dream home or perfect investment property.
Sophine has been a dedicated volunteer at the Dharma Drum Buddhist Association for years and contributes 10% of her income to the association's various activities and projects involving education and charitable works throughout the world. Her commitment to charity work extends to the Catholic Mary Knoll Senior Home, where she volunteers six times a month and has a program called ‘Relaxing with Sophine’, fulfilling her belief that the ultimate purpose of any faith is to be kind and helpful to those in need.
