Lisa Romano

Real Estate is Lisa's passion which can be so many things. For her, it's being a Realtor, an Investor and a Coach to other real estate investors. Lisa found her love for real estate when building her own home and further solidified it after buying and renovating a beach home. Shortly after, she put her business skills to use and teamed up with her daughter to create a real estate redevelopment company dedicated to relieving people of their real estate problems while helping the communities they live in. For the past several years, she has worn multiple real estate related hats including Realtor and Investor, focusing on flipping properties and managing rental real estate portfolios.

Lisa is part of a vast network of brokers, realtors, investors and managers, both locally and nationally. Locally, Lisa is not only a Realtor but is active in community organizations and serves on the CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as the Ambassador Chairperson. Nationally, she has achieved a Mastery level education with one of the nation's top real estate investment education companies and currently coaches & mentors other real estate investors for a national investor education organization (HomeSchooled by Tarek El Moussa).

During her time away from real estate, you can find her with her friends and family. Lisa has one daughter Stephanie, a son-in-law Chris and grandchildren Jude and Ivy that she adores! She is a beach girl at heart and loves the warm weather for most outdoor activities, boating, beaches, going to concerts and sporting events. Coming from an Italian family, Lisa loves good food and dining out is one of her favorite things.

Lisa is a native of Connecticut and a graduate of University of Connecticut. Prior to starting her real estate career, Lisa has had a very successful career where she developed and marketed financial services software for major international corporations, holding various executive positions at global companies.
