With roots in the East Bay Area, Andrew came to San Diego in September 2020 with a passion for real estate. Andrew is a15-yearveteran of the real estate industryand, unofficially, has many more years of experience under his belt. Growing up with a broker, managerand agent as a mom, Andrew had a couple of decades of “peripheral” real estate education and experience before joining the family business by becoming an agent himself. Before obtaining his real estate license, Andrew earned a Political Science degree at UC Berkeley and had a successful marketing career. Not only is Andrew experienced in residential real estate, he has commercial experience as well. Andrew consulted on numerous multi-family commercial projects and founded a commercial investment company in 2018. Andrew is currently a partner in a commercial real estate investment company that is involved with projects around the country.

Andrew has a proven knowledge base, competency, and drive and is known for his professional, friendly demeanor as well. He has been described as “a concierge realtor who can do and find anything” and he’s just a phone call away.
