Real estate for Mitch Crane isn’t just business — it’s personal. He is about building meaningful connections with every one of his clients because he believes it is the foundation of successful, enduring relationships. Mitch also dedicates himself to making each transaction enjoyable without compromising his superior level of service and professionalism.
Before launching his real estate career, Mitch had spent more than 20 years in the wholesale luxury fashion industry. He represented such brands as Santoni, Scarpe di Bianco, UGG®, and Melissa. He built a successful wholesale business that managed over $30M in annual sales. Mitch called many places home during this period, including Seattle, Portland, Boulder, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Germany. From these experiences, he uses this broad knowledge to exceed the needs and expectations of L.A.’s most discerning buyers and sellers. Mitch’s clients can rely on him to take full ownership of a transaction, complete with his problem-solving skills and ability to transform challenges into favorable outcomes. His visual eye is a bonus courtesy of his days in fashion, one that can highlight a property’s unique features and define spaces to maximize potential.
Mitch grew up in the Pacific Northwest, the youngest of 11 children. Accompanying his parents, who were property owners, to their business meetings inspired the young Mitch to consider a possible future in real estate. He has been a resident of L.A.’s Eastside region since 2004. Its diversity, music scene, architecture, and sense of community are reminiscent of his upbringing and feel like home. In Mitch’s free time, you can find him snowboarding, mountain biking, doing Pilates, building treehouses, or playing music. He is also an avid traveler, with Bali, Spain, and Mexico topping his list of favorite destinations. Mitch currently lives in Los Feliz with his fiancé Susan and pup, Sachi.
