Lynn Boland

An influential part of Lynn’s decision to enter real estate was her mom’s passion for the field. Lynn’s personal connection and willingness to meet the client’s needs are facets of the business Lynn was drawn to immediately. She has a genuine curiosity when it comes to others’ experiences; therefore, she prides herself in listening skills and determining values and needs. Her childhood was spent in Hannibal, MO, and on her family farms so Lynn feels confident in her ability to adapt whether it be negotiating a contract, walking a soybean farm, or helping repaint a seller’s powder room. Lynn has extensive experience in real estate investing, renovating, and staging which has allowed for her to understand all aspects of the industry. She currently resides in Webster Groves and enjoys outdoor sports, reading, needlepointing, and travel. A fun fact about Lynn’s first phase of life was as a tap dancer, she was crowned Miss St. Louis and then first-runner up Miss Missouri.
