Matt started a real estate investment company in Raleigh, NC in 2009, and moved to the Wilmington area to work as a Broker/REALTOR® in 2017. With a B.A. degree in Art Studio and a 22-year career in the tech industry focused on creative direction, design and customer experience, Matt is uniquely prepared to assist his clients in buying and selling luxury properties.

Matt’s driving passion for luxury and waterfront properties coupled with his commitment to excellence and the pursuit of genuine relationships are keys to his success in bringing buyers and sellers together. Matt and his family live adjacent to Topsail Island and the Intracoastal Waterway, where they spend invaluable time together exploring sandbars, quiet beaches and gorgeous waterways as often as possible.
