Annie Hewitt

Annie is a native Houstonian and a top producer at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. She is a Memorial High School graduate and received her BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Annie spent nearly ten years in sales roles in New York, Dallas, and Chicago and moved back to Houston in 2007. She is very thankful for her great network of family, friends, and colleagues whose referrals have helped her build a successful real estate business with transactions in Memorial, Tanglewood, and the West Memorial neighborhoods.

Annie uses her marketing expertise to design and execute campaigns, which have helped her sell 100% of her listings and reach over 100% of various community fundraising goals. Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised $20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. In 2017, she ran the New York City Marathon raising $23,000 for families whose homes were flooded by Hurricane Harvey, an experience that branded Annie's desire to help her community make lemonade out of life's lemons.

Annie brings the same level of care to her clients and is extremely committed to helping them identify and achieve their real estate goals. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. She is also a member of 100 Women of Memorial and served as co-President of her neighborhood's Women's Club.
