You could say that the Menzel Group started in the 1970’s as a result of the early days of Chuck surfing the coast of Santa Barbara, Ventura and beyond. As a Santa Barbara native and longtime Ventura County resident, Chuck grew up blocks from the beach and is a lifelong kayaker, surfer, and diver, with a love for the ocean that runs deep. His passion for the coastline, the beach community and buying and selling homes been a foundation of the Menzel group. Chuck has passed that passion to his daughter Shannon and we are excited to bring our experience, motivation and knowledge to you!
