I make it happen, you make it home! Deborah (aka: Deb) is an Olympia native, now over the young age of 50 she has seen extreme changes and growth in the Greater Thurston, Lewis, and Mason County areas. Having an avid interest in construction and design, Deb graduated from Western Washington University receiving a B.S. in Interior Design, with a Minor in Business and Marketing. Receiving her real estate license 20 plus years ago, Deb has achieved success working for private home owners, investors, builders, and designers. Deb has the experience, education, performance and abilities to enable buyers and sellers to maximize their real estate investments. She has a strong belief that Education Equals Knowledge which then leads to Success. Deb has earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, for which only 3% of the REALTORS nationwide hold. Her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, SRES (Senior Residential Specialist) designation, and is currently working on obtaining the GRI Designation as well.Communication is paramount to successful relationships, and Deb's quarterly mailings to her clients are intended to be both informative and fun. Anything from notes about her animals or just common sense solutions are included in these missives with relevant articles on our current real estate conditions. Her belief that 'We are all in this together' brings in her sense of community. Contributing to such entities as Thurston County Hooved Animal Rescue, a 'Coat Drive' for the local VFW chapter donating 300+ coats, her annual food/toy drive for Thurston County Food Bank, Toys for Tots, and The Greene Giving Fund, she discovers ways to give back annually to the community that gives so much to all of us.Living in the rural Olympia area, Deb continues to deal with relevant issues in the maintenance and upkeep of properties on which her horses, chickens, geese, ducks, dogs, cats, burros and emu are kept. This continues to allow her to be familiar with current responsibilities of acreage properties, as well as changing values inherent with ownership that affect all of us.As your broker, Deb is acutely aware that her integrity, ethics, accessibility and responsible answers are equally important in any client/agent relationship.
