Our Williamson County office is located in Franklin, near the historic town center and commercial district of Cool Springs. Franklin is one of the largest cities in Tennessee and it offers a suburban lifestyle just twenty miles south of Nashville. In addition to Franklin, our agents have vast experience and knowledge of the neighboring communities including Brentwood, Leipers Fork, Spring Hill, Thompson Station, College Grove, Arrington, Fairview, Nolensville and many others. Each neighborhood has a unique flavor rooted in history, but is also full of quaint restaurants, hip coffee shops, boutiques and an awardwinning public school district. Founded in 1979 by the pioneering Shirley Zeitlin, our Williamson County location has more than 45 agents in a firm that has grown to more than 150 Realtors and support staff. Our two additional locations are set in the heart of Green Hills, a short five mile shot from downtown Nashville, and Belle Meade, a quick jaunt southwest of downtown Nashville.
