Contemporary stone house with historic soul, skillfully restored from a 17th cent farmhouse between Todi and Orvieto. We are in one of the most attractive areas of Umbria, elected by Lonely Planet 'Best in Travel 2023'. Set on a hilly position with stunning views over an enchanting valley, the estate consists of a 5 bedroom-4 bathroom stone house (352 sq mt on 2 levels); a stylish swimming pool (5x10m) with stone paved solarium and sun lounge; a native landscaped garden with flowery borders and secular trees; pergolas covered by lush wisterias, courtyards, charming stone paths and sidewalks that underline the authenticity of the site and separate the building from the neighboring house.
Part of an ancient peasants' hamlet, the property includes 2ha land of olive trees (37) and woods, plus a portion of a driveway shared with the neighbours.
