This small charming estate with three hectares of land is located about forty kilometres north of Rome, between Trevignano Romano and Sutri.
It is situated only a couple of kilometres away from the Le Querce Golf Club and I Consoli Golf, and from other sports facilities that offer many other activities such as tennis, rowing, water skiing thanks also to the proximity of Bracciano and Martignano lakes.
