Eclectic design apartment with terraces in an historic mansion
In the lively and central district of Monte di Dio, the architectural studio Gambardella Architetti signs the eclectic project of a mansion that is both modern and sumptuous. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, and it consists in about 400 square meters in addition to a delightful terrace surrounded by greenery.
The wide entrance, with a spectacular staircase, leads to all areas of the house. The large representation area consists of a lounge with access to the balcony and therefore to the level terrace, an important dining room, and the large kitchen, where the architectural flair and mastery have been expressed at their best. The night area on the first floor consists of two bedrooms: one master room with a large en-suite bathroom, and two walk-in closets. This room accesses directly to the terrace. The second bedroom also features a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The staircase leads to the second floor, where we find, in addition to a charming library area, a third bedroom with bathroom, with a pleasant terrace on level overlooking the greenery. The utility area is served by a different stair, and is equipped with an additional bedroom with a bathroom, and a laundry room. A large garage box completes the property.
