There is input for air conditioning, sound throughout the house, individual electrical switchboards per floor, six water tanks holding 18,000 liters, infrastructure for a generator and heated floors in the bathrooms. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, solarium, gourmet space with barbecue, pizza oven and bar.
