There are two permitted structures on the property, a 360 s.f. cabin and a 456 s.f. utility shed, both built in 2004. The cabin is well built, it has a water catchment system, photo voltaic electricity, solar water heater, and propane for refrigeration and stove. The utility shed is basically a roof used for the water catchment system.
