The villa is nestled into a terracing mountain slope that has a spectacular view of theSamana Bay. The walkout terrace includes a private swimming pool, lush tropical gardens and a custom-built BBQ. There is also a storage room for all the pool and gardening equipment. The price includes a 70 foot boat slip in the marina below.

Puerto Bahia 36consists of two levels. The upper level is at the carport level and the main entry opens to a second floor mezzanine that looks out to the Samana Bay and down to the living area below. On each side of the mezzanine is a spacious bedroom with its own private bath. Both bedrooms have a balcony that looks out to the lush gardens and views of the Samana Bay.

The swimming pool and garden level below has sliding glass doors that open up to the terrace from each room.
