An ambitious exploration into high-end residential markets across the globe.
Single Family Homes
Aurinesse villas are located in a prestigious location in Bol, one of the most developed small towns on the Adriatic. The town center, with its shops, restaurants, bars and rich tourist offer, is only 5 minutes away. The most famous beach in Croatia, Zlatni rat, is a short walk of 6 minutes away. Zlatni rat beach, in addition to its beautiful sand and miles of sunbathing and enjoyment spots, is also known for the sports activities it offers, such as parasailing or surfing.
Bol has long been the tourist champion of Croatia, and the beauty and diverse offer of the island of Brac certainly contributes to that. Brac stone, Brac gastronomy, Brac summer festivals, Brac bays, and the Mediterranean plants that adorn them are just a part of what makes this island magical. The island of Brac also has an airport, which is 13 km away from the villas.
Aurinesse villas are located in a micro-location that also provides peace and solitude, with views of the beautiful sea, sunsets, and the island of Hvar.
The land area on which they are built has a size of 2000 m2.
The lower villa has a living area of 450 m2 on three floors that will adorn five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a toilet, and a dining room and kitchen that open to the terrace on the ground floor where the pool will be located.
The upper villa has an area of 400 m2 on three floors that will adorn six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a toilet, and a dining room and kitchen that open to the terrace on the ground floor where the pool will be located. The last floor of the villa consists of a terrace with a view, and Villa B will have a built-in jacuzzi.
Both villas will have a sauna and fitness room, as well as garages and parking spaces.
First-class material is being used in the construction of the villas. They shall be luxuriously designed and equipped with high-quality furniture.
As part of the project, the construction of a Mediterranean restaurant and lounge bar is planned, which will offer specialties made from organic Adriatic ingredients, as well as a wellness complex.
Completion of the project is scheduled for March 2022.
