    Background: This lodge is set on 200Ha (approx. 500acres) of indigenous bush, forestry and farmland. The dam, which has surface area of 5 hectares, is stocked with Black Bass. The farming activity, which utilises 35 percent of the land, includes, avocado trees, litchis trees, macadamia trees and bananas.Activities: Hiking, Bird watching, Bass fishing, Swimming (main complex has a large swimming pool), Billiards (The Timber-clad pub has a full-sized billiard table).Surroundings: Mpumulanga is one of the most scenic areas of South Africa. Blue Mountain Lodge is in close proximity to the Kruger National Park, Private Game Lodges, Blyde River Canyon, Pilgrims Rest, Bourkes Luck Potholes, etc. affording our quest the opportunity to explore the surrounding area without having to travel great distances. Accommodation: A total of 17 rooms for a maximum of 34 guests.
