The property is located in the municipality of Massarosa, on the first hills that follow the lake of Massaciuccoli. It has an extension of about 5 hectares, partly with olive groves. On the property there are five buildings where agritourism activities take place, in addition to the villa and various rural outbuildings. The villa of approx. 870 in its original configuration dates back to the eighteenth century, and is a building with three floors above ground in addition to the attic for residential use. The building consists of service rooms on the ground floor, on the first floor, which is accessed via two external double-flight stairs and two internal stairs, there are eight rooms including the living room, dining room, sitting rooms, some bedrooms, bathroom and service bathroom. In support of the villa there is, on one side an Italian garden with a view of the valley below and the city of Pisa and on the other side there is a large lawn surrounded by horse chestnuts from which a path leads to the belvedere with view on the lake of Massaciuccoli and the sea. Beyond the main Villa, the property has a farm of about 700 square meters, of which 227 square meters on the ground floor where agricultural activities take place, an oil mill of about 500 square meters, a barn of about 107 square meters, an outbuilding called 'Il Micciaro 'of about 185 square meters intended for agritourism and three agricultural outbuildings for a total of 510 square meters.
