It is located in the up-and-coming subdistrict Hin Lek Fai in Hua Hin and thanks to the slight elevation it features stunning mountain views to Black Mountain and the mountains of the border to Myanmar.

The main road is only 3 minutes away where one can find multiple restaurants, coffee shops, local shops and supermarkets. From there, it takes only ca. 10 minutes to the center of Hua Hin and ca. 15 minutes to the bypass road leading to Bangkok or to the South of Thailand.
