House overlooking the ocean, Pedra da Gávea and Gávea Golf Club. Designed by Sérgio Bernardes, the house has three floors. The entrance level, first floor, there is a large hall, a lounge with several rooms integrated to the terrace, a dining room, a pantry, and a planned kitchen. The second floor is accessed by a linear staircase and has an intimate living room. There are five en-suite bedrooms with closets, four on the second floor, one of them is the master and one in the lower level. All the house materials and finishings are refined. The lower floor has a leisure area with a 7 m x 14 m swimming pool, steam sauna, bar, wine cellar and covered lounge. On this floor there is also a laundry room and a staff quarters, in addition to a staff apartment below the first floor. The lower third floor houses the central air machine room, swimming pool pumps and a 40,000 liter cistern. There is a covered garage for two cars on the first floor.
