The Rachmaninov Clubhouse is a reconstructed historic house built in the early 20th century. The facades, decorated in the neoclassical style, are in light colors and lined with ceramic bricks. The house is decorated with columns and balustrades. Panoramic glazing, partly made in the Italian technique, provides a good insolation of the internal premises. The club house has 33 free-planned apartments and a two-level penthouse on the top floor with its own elevator and views of the Kremlin. The apartments have a modern finish that includes a set of built-in furniture. The interior design of each apartment is individual because it has been created according to specially designed projects. The territory of the complex is fenced and under round-the-clock security. The yard is equipped with a children's playground, as well as places for recreation and picnics. The complex is equipped with all the necessary engineering systems for comfortable living: there is a supply and exhaust ventilation and central air conditioning system, coordinates all engineering processes of the "smart house" system. The Residential Complex is equipped with automatic underground parking for 28 cars, and there is an elevator to ascend from the parking to the residential part of the building.

Iconic monuments such as St. Basil’s Cathedral, Red Square and the Kremlin are the soul of the city, yet expressions of its architectural and artistic achievements are everywhere, including its 100-plus parks, gardens and squares.
