The farm is completely flat and usable, plenty of water, and two rivers that run through the property. The fences are in good shape and the grass (current use is as cattle farm) is of good quality. Two deep wells and a large holding tank are used for the property, and there are seven water troughs throughout the property that are connected to the holding tank.

There are two small homes on the property, three employees, and 300 head of cattle (male). The cattle can be purchased as well. 100+ acres are used for the production of hay and it produces an additional revenue stream for the property.
