37 Primrose is easily the largest, finest built, and most technologically equipped home among all recent construction currently offered in the gated Aspen Glen golf community. Designed and built by renowned Red House Architecture, the word “custom” is showcased in every room and detail inside and out. The chef’s kitchen features custom, deep aquamarine cabinetry from Aspen White Star and top-of-the-line Wolfe, Subzero, and KitchenAid appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is an awe-inspiring great room with 18’ vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling custom tiled linear gas fireplace, wet bar, and 10’ x 17’ folding glass doors for seamless indoor/outdoor living to the outdoor dining deck complete with grill, wet sink, and under-counter refrigerator. The main floor master suite captures the same views as the kitchen and great room of the Roaring Fork River and mountain vistas while the dining room and office enjoy direct views of Mount Sopris. In addition to the five bedrooms, the home boasts an executive office, a home gym, a 1,000-bottle refrigerated wine cellar, an elevator, and four gas fireplaces. The smart-home capabilities are second to none with Sonos, LED lighting, HVAC, and security all remotely managed via high-performance 10-gig Wi-Fi. The 7,200 total square feet, 4-car garage, and outdoor spaces featuring a hot tub and firepit make this an ideal home for entertaining. Additionally, 32 smart and easily monitored solar panels decrease energy costs significantly by producing 6,000 kW/day. We try not to use the phrase “one-of-a-kind” carelessly in our business, but this home demands the accolade.
Carbondale is 30 miles down valley from Aspen, 12 miles from Glenwood Springs, 171 miles from Denver. It is located at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Crystal Rivers. The obvious landmark in the area, Mt. Sopris, towers south of Carbondale at an elevation of 12,966 ft. The mountain was named for Richard Sopris who led a party of 14 on a mineral exploration trip to the area in 1860. Carbondale is a community-oriented town that offers a down-to-earth feel. Its milder climate provides a longer spring to fall season that is great for non-skiing activities. Enjoy hiking, biking, golfing and fly-fishing in world-famous Gold Medal waters.Show More
