Second floor:

4 Suites, a Family room, a desk, and a study room that is distributed with a wide central corridor with tempered glass railings generating spaciousness, light, and views of common spaces.

Landscaping was in charge of Mauricio Allel, with fruit trees and various exotic species of pine trees, and giant bonsais.

Pool with mosaic-style ceramic and a full bathroom.

High-standard finishes:

Imported Ceramics from Brazil for the terrace and pool. together with the access stone to the parking lot.

From Spain the living room and kitchen floors and from Indonesia the ceramics in the swimming pool.

The lighting project is by Interdesign (spotlights and lamps). Among these stands out is the Mesh lamp, Luceplan brand designed by Francisco Gómez Paz and Paola Rizzatto located on the second-floor staircase. The living room has a set of Bocci lamps by Canadian designer Omer Arbel.

Thermopane windows and glass manufactured by Tecma Chile, Technal aluminum frames imported from France.

The glass of the fixed windows (with views of the pool) was manufactured with Low-e technology to maintain the thermal system.

JNF BRAND handles, a Portuguese luxury brand, with a security system.

Fully equipped kitchen with central island with Silestone cover and wooden dining room with English-style chairs.
