Sotheby’s International Realty Brand Expands Presence in Spain

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced its expanding presence in Spain with the opening of Madrid Sotheby’s International Realty.

Located in the capital city of Madrid, the firm is owned by Paul and Susie Kempe, who also own Mallorca Sotheby’s International Realty, Menorca Sotheby’s International Realty, and Ibiza Sotheby’s International Realty.  Juan Luis Sáez, a Madrid native formerly with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Miami, Florida, will serve as director of Madrid Sotheby’s International Realty.

Madrid Sotheby’s International Realty will serve the luxury residential real estate markets in the greater metropolitan area as well as in Aravaca, Pozuelo, Las Rozas, Majadahonda, Madrid City, Mirasierra, and Puerta de Hierro.
