With no minimum real estate investment for foreigners here  except a restriction as to where you can buy, foreigners can apply for citizenship after spending two years as a permanent resident.

It is the government’s long-term objective that Singapore remains an open economy and develops into a wealth hub to attract family offices and high-net-worth individuals to invest here. Thailand

One of the world’s most visited countries and home to the capital of Bangkok – the most visited city in the world with more than 20 million annual tourists. This exceptional tourist destination is packed with culture, a vibrant nightlife, and with 1,430 islands to call its own, some of the best beaches the world has to offer. With no minimum real estate investment for foreigners to buy a condominium and a ranking of 21^st out of 190 in the World Bank’s 2020 Ease of Doing Business report, Thailand is a prime Asian investment hotspot.
