Craig Emond has successfully marketed and sold real estate for nearly 20 years, in downtown Toronto. His razor-sharp mind and astute business acumen coupled with his vast knowledge and understanding of the market has opened many doors for his clients and partners alike. His specialty is providing sound, unbiased advice to aid in successful real estate transactions – and he has the track record to prove it: selling over 1,500 pre-construction and resale properties.
Craig has an incredible eye for value properties that have consistently made phenomenal profits for his clients. His sales performance in King West – a neighbourhood where almost everyone knows his name – is second to none. Living and working in the neighbourhood for over eight years, he dominated sales in the majority of the new developments.
Building on his expertise, he now focuses on working with developers across the country on landmark real estate projects with diverse uses and innovative neighbourhood developments – including a first of its kind new village-scale designed community, in Canada.

To complement his sales expertise, Craig taps into his team to develop marketing plans for clients, which can range from a advertising and social media strategy for homes to a multi-faceted public relations campaign for new developments.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Craig was a partner at a brokerage in King West and prior to that, a high-volume sales representative with prominent brokerages specializing in condominium resale and new development.
