As an agent himself, Chris works tirelessly on behalf of his clients to ensure their needs are met and always come first whiles negotiating the sale or purchase of a home. From homes ranging over 4,500 square feet in the Claremont hills to one bedroom condos in Emeryville and Lakeshore, Chris understands that it's not the size of the home that matters but the level of service committed to each individual client.
As the Vice President of Sales, Chris successfully manages both agents and staff in the Montclair/Piedmont and North Berkeley offices, contributing to the growing presence of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty throughout the East Bay. Utilizing his finance background and depth of experience, Chris provides agents with in-depth market knowledge, transaction assistance and works on behalf of agents along with their clients to ensure seamless transactions, start to finish.
Whether advising agents through challenging negotiations, recruiting agents to join Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty or simply holding a weekly office meeting, Chris provides strong leadership utilizing open communication and knowledge gained from years of experience as a successful Realtor.
Chris holds a Bachelor's degree from Boston University, is a native of New York City and has called the San Francisco Bay Area home for over 24 years. Chris lives in Berkeley with his two children and in his free time, you can catch him playing ice hockey in Oakland and around the bay.
