Briargrove Park

Incorporated in 1962, Briargrove Park is located between Westheimer and Buffalo Bayou within easy access to the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) and Briar Forest. More than 1,400 homes (1,472 home sites) nestle among the pines and towering oak trees.

Briargrove Park’s variety of home styles and square-footages appeals to a wide spectrum of homeowners, and the neighborhood takes pride in its manicured lawns and landscaped gardens illuminated by flickering gas lights. Home prices begin in the high $200,000s and range to $900,000.

Excellent recreational facilities include tennis courts, a community pool, the subdivision’s park and playground, and the Mary Ann Franklow Park with its jogging trail and gazebo.
